A device which measures the layer of electrostatic powder deposited on the surface of aluminium profiles and displays the conversion value of the corresponding paint thickness after the treatment in the polymerization oven.

Use:
PTC 2000 has been specially designed to be used right at the outlet of the painting booth.
By placing the sensor at the end of a bar covered with powder, the operator knows in advance the paint thickness after baking and, if necessary, adjust the capacity of the guns according to the required technical specifications, thus minimizing powder waste due to the excessive covering.
